This PR adds the
mdwrapformatter to the pre-commit hook. There are some minor limitation to it, such as it being unable to correctly parse such markdown correctly.Hence, I had to ignore the entire file of
docs/resources/asking-good-questions.md.Additionally, I've also removed
requirements.txtas it's of no use.
