Typescript error while using ThemeProvider (React 18)

Describe the bug
Property 'children' does not exist on type 'IntrinsicAttributes & ThemeProviderProps'.
ThemeProvider is trying to access children from props which is not declared in ThemeProviderProps

you can work around this, temporarily by overriding react's types to with something like

so that the built in FC/FunctionComponent takes children again

I believe this is related to/a duplicate of #2065. Let's centralize on a fix there, but if I'm incorrect please feel free to comment back and I can reopen this issue. Thank you!
