While writing the docs for StateLabel I noticed that I previously added a scheme prop as a work around to let the StateLabel be styled yellow since we don't have a StateLabel-pending yet. This was a hack to get the component to line up nicely with Primer CSS, which I think makes StateLabel a great candidate for refactoring in Emotional sooner rather than later.
