Notes

To release v36.11.0, we need the integration PR tests at https://github.com/github/github/pull/315110 to be green. However, there seems to be one last test at https://github.com/github/github/actions/runs/8210525006/job/22458163013?pr=315110 that seems to fail without any clear reason.
I tried a simple fix and then reverted it as it didn't seem to work anyways. I think we need to contact @jennifer-ramirez-08. But also open to any other solutions
