Button: Spinner displays twice when `count` property is set and `loading` is true

Description

When the Button component's loading property is set to true and the count property is also provided, the spinner icon is displayed twice on the button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Storybook
2. Set count to any value and loading to true

maintain spinner if there is a count when loading. Avoid conflicts when counter is loaded . replace spinner.
