Hi, Thanks, that should be get_matrix_handle, I've pushed the fix. I'm trying to find a better HDF5 test file and will update the notebook once I have. Thanks for reporting this. I won't be able to debug the HDF5 issues you're encountering this week, I'll have to get back to you next week. In the meantime, you can try the AlchemistTest notebook (which isn't as clean but has the updated API).
