Add release script for Atomic App

This bash script goes step-by-step on how to release a new version of
Atomic App for both the main Github repo as well as the
nulecule-library.

Anyways, this is the script I've created to release each iteration of Atomic App. Enjoy! :)

Coverage remained the same at 64.302% when pulling dc0393d on cdrage:release-script into 0a3939d on projectatomic:master.
