Records the upstream review batch whose adoptions are #127, #128, #130–#136, and
#138–#141, and advances reviewed-through to f94a0d646.

Seventeen upstream commits, thirteen change sets, all decided: ten adopted
(six with adaptation), three skipped, none deferred. DEF-7 was re-checked
and carried forward — no commit in this range touched
desktop-macos-preview.yml, and its 2026-11-01 floor is unreached.

Also closes the previous batch's open-pull-request caveat, which that entry's own
text asked for: #124 and #125 have both merged.

Three findings carried forward, not fixed

Pylon reports telemetry into T3 Code's analytics project.
AnalyticsService.ts still defaults to upstream's PostHog key and host with
telemetry enabled, and
git log origin/pylon --not t3code-upstream/main -- apps/server/src/telemetry/
is empty — untouched since the fork. This drove the U9 skip and is live
regardless of it.
Codex decode is a treadmill. One unrecognised planType fails the entire
Codex probe rather than one label, and the same shape applies to
CodexErrorInfo and the hook enums, where failures are swallowed and produce a
silent hang.
schema.gen.ts cannot be verified by regeneration in either fork, so it is
effectively hand-maintained.

One pre-existing failure surfaced

scripts/build-desktop-artifact.test.ts fails on pylon itself — "skips the
primary native probe for cross-architecture Windows payloads". Confirmed
