Records the upstream review batch whose adoptions are #127, #128, #130#136, and
#138#141, and advances reviewed-through to f94a0d646.

Seventeen upstream commits, thirteen change sets, all decided: ten adopted
(six with adaptation), three skipped, none deferred. DEF-7 was re-checked
and carried forward — no commit in this range touched
desktop-macos-preview.yml, and its 2026-11-01 floor is unreached.

Also closes the previous batch's open-pull-request caveat, which that entry's own
text asked for: #124 and #125 have both merged.

Three findings carried forward, not fixed

  • Pylon reports telemetry into T3 Code's analytics project.
AnalyticsService.ts still defaults to upstream's PostHog key and host with
    telemetry enabled, and
    git log origin/pylon --not t3code-upstream/main -- apps/server/src/telemetry/
is empty — untouched since the fork. This drove the U9 skip and is live
    regardless of it.
  • Codex decode is a treadmill. One unrecognised planType fails the entire
Codex probe rather than one label, and the same shape applies to
CodexErrorInfo and the hook enums, where failures are swallowed and produce a
    silent hang.
  • schema.gen.ts cannot be verified by regeneration in either fork, so it is
    effectively hand-maintained.

One pre-existing failure surfaced

scripts/build-desktop-artifact.test.ts fails on pylon itself — "skips the
primary native probe for cross-architecture Windows payloads". Confirmed
pre-existing by running origin/pylon's own copies of both files (1 failed /
58 passed). Either CI does not run that file or it has been broken unnoticed.

This is the ledger record only; it merges independently of the adoption PRs. If
any of those is closed unmerged, its change set needs reopening here explicitly,
because an advanced cursor will not surface the upstream commit again.

Updated in place by a trusted workflow. PR artifacts are strictly validated and never executed.

Closes the previous batch's open-pull-request caveat, since #124 and #125 have

Records three findings carried forward rather than fixed: Pylon still reports
telemetry into T3 Code's PostHog project, Codex plan decode fails the whole
provider probe on any unrecognised plan, and schema.gen.ts cannot be verified by
regeneration in either fork. Also records that
scripts/build-desktop-artifact.test.ts already fails on pylon, confirmed against
origin/pylon's own copies.
Independent review of the ledger itself found three factual errors, plus the
entry predated the review sweep it should record.
The U9 rationale claimed the analytics feature labels connections T3 Code
Web/Desktop. Pylon already emits Pylon Desktop/Pylon Web from platform.ts, so
only the PostHog half of that skip rationale stands.
U12 cited the Pylon-only-screens follow-up as its reference rather than the
adoption commit, which would have pointed a reopen at the wrong change. Four
references had also gone stale as review fixes landed.
U10's note credited the image-only guard to PrimeAgentAdapter alone; review found
PrimeAgentDaemonAdapter still base64ing PDFs as image blocks on both its paths.
Records the review pass and its outcome, and the two findings that outlive their
pull requests: the excludeTurns parameter that is absent from the Codex schema,
and followUp never building attachment path lines.

Seventeen upstream commits, thirteen change sets, all decided: ten adopted (six
with adaptation), three skipped, none deferred. Advances reviewed-through to
f94a0d646.
Closes the previous batch's open-pull-request caveat, since #124 and #125 have
both merged.

All thirteen adoptions landed. Replaces the open-pull-request caveat with each
change set's merge commit, and notes that the mobile theme refactor took a merge
rather than a rebase because 92ec009 had replaced the same status-indicator
lines with Pylon's own semantic warning tokens.
