Description

We have some tests that depends on build package being installed during test. This is causing some issues with some people running tests and packaging rope.

Fixes#478, #727, #749.

Description
We have some tests that depends on build package being installed during test. This is causing some issues with some people running tests and packaging rope.
Fixes#478, #727, #749.
