As noted in python/cpython#148038 and cited related issues, macos-26-intel appears to cause unexpected hangs. To ensure more reliable CI while GitHub stabilizes the newer runner, use macos-15-intel for now.

macos-26-intelappears to be unstable, with unexplained hangs:This seems unrelated to the Tk hangs (#146531) because it also happens when skipping the Tk test on
macos-26-intel:wm iconbitmaptest on macOS 26 Intel #148032This PR changes the main tests from
macos-26-inteltomacos-15-intel.It doesn't change it in
jit.ymlortail-call.ymlas they seem okay.
