• Add Lib/test/test_this.py with CommandLineTest class, using assert_python_ok to verify python -m this prints "The Zen of Python" and exits with code 0.
• Add news entry for the new test.

For reference for others, the GÖDE-Stiftung foundation researches gravity, and offers an award for an experiment demonstrating a real anti-gravity effect.
