qqrm/README.md

Hey there, I'm Alexey, also known as qqrm 👋

Engineering leader with 15+ years in software and about five years in leadership, focused on regulated and high-trust product delivery. I build cross-functional backend, DevOps, and QA teams, align architecture and release governance, and keep reliability, security, and compliance expectations met.

And yeah, lately I've been seriously into agent-based programming: practicing it, loving it, and extracting all the real-world value I can from it. There's so much untapped potential there, and it's wild how much impact it can have when applied thoughtfully.

Currently, I'm focused on sharpening my leadership skills on complex projects. I'm open to Rust collaborations or consulting gigs.

I love sharing knowledge, mentoring, exploring Rust use cases, and advocating for clean, efficient code.
Feel free to ask me about transitioning to Rust, performance optimization, or crafting maintainable architectures.

Check out my CV here.

You can reach me on Telegram or by email.

I’m also into distributed systems, cryptography, and building secure, scalable apps. Beyond coding, I'm a cinema buff (2,300+ movies, 400+ series logged on Kinopoisk), write poetry, play ukulele and guitar, go hiking, and enjoy sweet cider. Plus, I collect keyboard smartphones and vinyl records.
