The Shikra EVK boards (CQM, CQS, IQS) carry an ST33 discrete TPM connected via SPI5. Enable the SPI controller and add the TPM node with the ST33HTPM compatible and a 20 MHz max clock.

The failing "GitHub Actions Security Scan (zizmor)" check does not appear to identify a security issue. The job is exiting with error "fatal: no audit was performed; error: no inputs collected", indicating that zizmor could not find any workflows/actions/depend on bot configurations to audit. This appears to be a CI configuration issue rather than a problem introduced by the PR.
