Akask SDK for Java

The Akask SDK for Java enables Java developers to easily with Akash and build solutions on top of akash network.

Release Notes

Changes are tracked in Change log file

Getting Started

Example

A way of getting started might be to have a look at the example folder. In there you will find an example project which makes use of the operations supported by this library.
For instance, to get a bid one would write code similar to what can be found in GetBid.java:

publicclassGetBid {
///...publicstaticvoidmain(String[] args) {
varakash = ExampleHelper.getClient();
varresult = akash.getBid(owner, deploymentSequence, null, null, providerId);
if (result.isLeft()) {
log.info("Invocation failed, error is: " + result.getLeft());
System.exit(0);
}
log.info("fetched bid: {}", result.get());
}
}

Dependencies

To import the library using maven, please add to your pom.xml:

<!-- https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/cloud.quasarch/akash-java -->
<dependency>
<groupId>cloud.quasarch</groupId>
<artifactId>akash-java</artifactId>
<version>0.0.1</version>
</dependency>

Minimum requirements

To run the SDK you will need Java 17+. For more information about the requirements and optimum settings for the SDK, please see the Installing page.

Features

Currently supported features include:

  • R_03 List deployments List all deployments matching the filters with consideration for page limits. Request through REST. 1

  • R_04 Get deployment Request through REST. 1

  • R_05 List bids Get the list of bids based on a set of filters. Request through REST. 1

  • R_07 Get lease Get information regarding a lease such as its status. Request through REST. 1

Future support will also include: *

  • R_01 Create deployment Create a deployment based on an SDL file. Request through RPC. 1
  • R_02 Close deployment Close a deployment. Request through RPC
  • R_06 Create lease Request through RPC. 1
  • R_08 Send manifest Request through RPC.

For instance, to get a bid one would write code similar to what can be found in GetBid.java:

publicclassGetBid {
///...publicstaticvoidmain(String[] args) {
varakash = ExampleHelper.getClient();
varresult = akash.getBid(owner, deploymentSequence, null, null, providerId);
if (result.isLeft()) {
log.info("Invocation failed, error is: " + result.getLeft());
System.exit(0);
}
log.info("fetched bid: {}", result.get());
}
}

Dependencies

To import the library using maven, please add to your pom.xml:

<!-- https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/cloud.quasarch/akash-java -->
<dependency>
<groupId>cloud.quasarch</groupId>
<artifactId>akash-java</artifactId>
<version>0.0.1</version>
</dependency>
