roxygen support on cpp side

I am using cpp11 with great success in the lab.

In order to reduce clutter in my workflow, I added some code to be able to roxygenise directly in the cpp files rather than document the functions by separate.

This PR is kinda minimal, as it focused only on the roxygen feature.
