Rescues the only content that existed solely on t3x/loop-supervisor (7 files, ~3.4k lines) so that branch can be deleted.

That branch was cut from a 2026-07-28 merge-base and has fallen far enough behind that merging it would deleteinfra/t3x-update-relay/ and docs/t3x/agents/. It is not landable, but the research under it is worth keeping:

  • SUBAGENTS.md — Claude Code's subagent wire protocol, reproduced event-for-event against real stream-json captures (in captures/). This is the part that answers questions we will ask again.
  • RESEARCH.md / OPTIONS.md — a 4-design, 12-judgement panel, including the codebase reads that killed three of the four designs.
  • DESIGN.md — the chosen design.

DESIGN.md now opens with a status banner stating the feature was never built (there is no apps/server/src/t3x/loop/, despite the doc's present tense), and naming the two upstream changes that have since moved under it — pingdotgg#5219 supersedes the subagent-tracking gap, and pingdotgg#3638 ships schedule_task/delegate_task. Line numbers cited throughout predate several syncs and need re-verification before anyone builds from this.

Docs only — no code, no upstream seams.

Closes out the branch cleanup ahead of the upstream sync.

Rescues the only content that existed solely on t3x/loop-supervisor (7 files, ~3.4k lines) so that branch can be deleted.
That branch was cut from a 2026-07-28 merge-base and has fallen far enough behind that merging it would deleteinfra/t3x-update-relay/ and docs/t3x/agents/. It is not landable, but the research under it is worth keeping:
  • SUBAGENTS.md — Claude Code's subagent wire protocol, reproduced event-for-event against real stream-json captures (in captures/). This is the part that answers questions we will ask again.
  • RESEARCH.md / OPTIONS.md — a 4-design, 12-judgement panel, including the codebase reads that killed three of the four designs.
  • DESIGN.md — the chosen design.
DESIGN.md now opens with a status banner stating the feature was never built (there is no apps/server/src/t3x/loop/, despite the doc's present tense), and naming the two upstream changes that have since moved under it — pingdotgg#5219 supersedes the subagent-tracking gap, and pingdotgg#3638 ships schedule_task/delegate_task. Line numbers cited throughout predate several syncs and need re-verification before anyone builds from this.
Docs only — no code, no upstream seams.
Closes out the branch cleanup ahead of the upstream sync.
