fix: pass fetchPriority to img element instead of wrapper div

• Add fetchPriority to COMMON_PROPS array in src/common.ts
• Filter COMMON_PROPS from wrapper div props in src/Image.tsx

• Merge master to include ESC test fix (fix: mock useId to fix ESC test in nested portal scenarios #502) that was causing CI failure

CI failure was caused by a pre-existing issue in tests/preview.test.tsx ("Esc closes preview then modal") that was fixed on master in #502. Merged master into this branch (2a41621) — all 8 test suites and 66 tests now pass.
