Summary:

Upgrades Metro to 0.76.0. This version is intended for use with React Native 0.72 (but note that it might not be the final release of Metro for 0.72).

This is a breaking release of Metro because of these two changes:

It also contains fixes and improvements for symlink and "exports" support that we plan to ship as experimental in RN 0.72. See full release notes for Metro 0.76.0.

Reminder: When React Native updates the CLI to a version that depends on Metro 0.76.0, it must also update metro-runtime etc to 0.76.0 in the same commit.

Test Plan:

Careful visual inspection

Summary:
Upgrades Metro to 0.76.0. This version is intended for use with React Native 0.72 (but note that it might not be the final release of Metro for 0.72).
This is a breaking release of Metro because of these two changes:
It also contains fixes and improvements for symlink and "exports" support that we plan to ship as experimental in RN 0.72. See full release notes for Metro 0.76.0.
Reminder: When React Native updates the CLI to a version that depends on Metro 0.76.0, it must also update metro-runtime etc to 0.76.0 in the same commit.
