fix(doctor): update Android Studio detection path on Windows

Summary:

Android Studio executable can sometimes contain architecture in the file name. Inside CLI we already honor architecture in the AS file name:

cli/packages/cli-doctor/src/tools/healthchecks/androidStudio.ts

Test Plan:

1. Clone the repository and do all the required steps from the Contributing guide
2. Run this command:

node /path/to/react-native-cli/packages/cli/build/bin.js doctor

3. Android Studio should be properly detected on Windows ✅

Probably always, since we already have in the codebase executables names with architecture, as I've mentioned inside Pull Request description.
