Although I'm also blocked by this issue, I don't think this is the right fix. In fact, the PR will cover the real reason why If you add an option I saw the same error while running The temporary workaround is making I think the root cause could be related to PnP & TypeScript & es-lint. |

I ejected my create-react-app and used eslint-loader v3.0.0. When I started the app, I encountered the below issue:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined.This PR is to fix this issue.
