I went through changelogs thoroughly. The most common breaking change of these updates are dropping node < 8

  • 2 packages were hold back because they dropped support node < 10 , we update them in January
  • Packages with API changes I updated in separate PRs
  • There are some deps left that are hold back for now that will need additional work for upgrading (source-map in overlay for example)
