Running pod-install failed. Something went wrong running `pod install` in the `ios` directory. Please help!!

So this is my first time installing RN with npx create-react-native-app, and then i got this warning.

I followed the instrcution and install pod like npx pod-install. then i got another error as below. I have no idea what happened...
