Man, we did a bad job messaging JSX and component architectures in general. This tries to reposition us a little better.

I may beat the JSX horse a little bit, but I think it's one that needs to be beaten.

Maybe React and JSX should be split in 2 separate projects, to clarify even further the separation.

@xcambar they definitely are internally, we should look into moving in that direction externally as well. This should be a good start though.

The following steps also have an ajax function, but the 'error:' param
is gone after react#13:
react#14react#17react#19react#20
This may be superfluous, but it helped me find an error with something I
was doing - Namely, in my .json file, I had single line javascript
comments ("//") that I copied from the tutorial. I couldn't find the
issue on later steps, but was able to see my issue when the error
handler complained about an unexpected "/" in my file in step react#13.

Ported DeadCodeElimination pass (react#14) from TypeScript. Implements mark-sweep dead code elimination with fixed-point iteration for loops. Wired into both the main pipeline and inner function analysis. 1102/1102 at pass level, 0 regressions.

Add fast path to serializeProps that uses a single JSON.stringify call
with a lightweight replacer for the common case (all JSON-native types).
Falls back to manual string building only when special types are
detected (BigInt, undefined, NaN, Infinity, references).
The serializer itself was not the bottleneck — V8's JSON.stringify is
already fast. The real cost for client-heavy pages is the volume of
output: 226 boundaries × ~1.5KB of hydration scripts = 290KB of
additional output per request. This is a payload optimization problem,
not a CPU optimization problem.
Server-only fused rendering (no client boundaries) hits 1,935 req/s
vs 131 req/s for the full Flight pipeline — a 15x improvement. This
is the core proof that single-pass Fizz rendering eliminates the
Flight overhead.
