I lead products and engineering at Stratforge, where a small team builds enterprise-grade data and platform software. Analytics platforms, multi-tenant infrastructure, conversational AI. The kind of systems that end up running quietly inside large organisations, holding up work that thousands of people depend on without ever knowing our name is on it. That part I'm proud of.
Architecture is my forte. Give me a messy domain, a hard set of constraints, and a team that has to live with the result for years, and I will happily spend the first week on boundaries and contracts before anyone writes a line of code. Small team though, so I never stopped building either. Architecture in the morning, application code in the afternoon, and every so often a switch config at midnight.
