Non-latin interface font and language.

SnapCode comes up on my desktop in a non-latin font and language. I have tried:

SnapCodeAll-2026.07.jar (run on terminal by "java -jar SnapCodeAll-2026.07.jar")
SnapCode.Installer-linux-x64-2026.7.31_26A9.tar.gz

Also tried an AI suggestion for running on terminal:
java -jar SnapCodeAll-2026.07.jar -Duser.language=en

None of those worked.

The OS is Linux MInt 22.3 Cinnamon, java for the tests with SnapCodeAll-2026.07.jar was Zulu JDK 21. The environment is set to es_CU.

Interesting - my first guess is that it's not finding the Arial font, which is the primary UI font. I'm not sure what font it would fallback on if it wasn't found. Do you see anything about fonts in the console? Also, I wonder what would happen if you launched with jbang (https://www.jbang.dev/download/):

Install jbang: prompt> curl -Ls https://sh.jbang.dev | bash -s - app setup
Run SnapCode: prompt> jbang --java 25 snapcode@reportmill

Embarrassingly, I admit I don't have a Linux test box. I did recently fix a few bugs for shortcut keys on linux for someone. I've also recently added support for some Java 21/25 features that I need to release today or tomorrow.
