Source-of-truth correction

Current cAPI main introduced cross-repo Bible/AGENTS language that explicitly allowed internal Docker 3000/8000. That conflicts with the active cAPI remediation contract: cAPI is reported on 3003, while 3000 and 8000 are forbidden cAPI production/root fallbacks.

Changes

  • restores the repo-local reported cAPI port contract to 3003
  • forbids 3000/8000 as cAPI Docker/listener/health/Compose/Traefik defaults
  • keeps 3003 explicitly UNVERIFIED until deployed SHA, HTTP/protocol identity, container listener, and Traefik routing agree
  • records the current conflict with the cross-repo Bible as drift rather than silently adopting the conflicting fallback policy
  • does not change executable runtime code or introduce secrets/private infrastructure addresses

Truth boundary

This PR is a documentation/source-governance correction only. It does not claim cAPI has been restarted or that capi.veklom.com:3003 is verified live.

Follow-up

The canonical reprewindai-dev/veklom-ops-command/00_VEKLOM_BIBLE.md currently contains the same conflicting internal-port allowance and must be reconciled separately with current runtime evidence and the explicit service-port contract.

Exact-head review: the documentation correction is directionally consistent with the active cAPI runtime contract (reported 3003; 3000/8000 forbidden fallbacks), and it correctly keeps live state UNVERIFIED. Do not merge this head yet. cAPI CI run 31300747752 concludes failure; CodeRabbit passes, while both attached Vercel contexts (c-api and veklom-id-59uw) are failing. Keep the PR draft until the intended repo CI is executable and green, and separately reconcile the cross-repo Bible conflict tracked in veklom-ops-command #1 so this repo-local correction is not overwritten again. This PR is source-governance only and must not be used as runtime verification.

Exact-head review: the documentation correction is directionally consistent with the active cAPI runtime contract (reported 3003; 3000/8000 forbidden fallbacks), and it correctly keeps live state UNVERIFIED. Do not merge this head yet. cAPI CI run 31300747752 concludes failure; CodeRabbit passes, while both attached Vercel contexts (c-api and veklom-id-59uw) are failing. Source-of-truth correction
Current cAPI main introduced cross-repo Bible/AGENTS language that explicitly allowed internal Docker 3000/8000. That conflicts with the active cAPI remediation contract: cAPI is reported on 3003, while 3000 and 8000 are forbidden cAPI production/root fallbacks.
