I've had substantial difficulty getting the CLA signed. It's been my experience that the CLA website is slow and unresponsive. |

LGTM — verified docs/contributing/ARCHITECTURE.md exists and the root ARCHITECTURE.md doesn't, so the README links were broken. Fix is trivial and correct.
