Pych 4 change the default behavior of
loadtosafe_loadand addSymbolintopermitted_classes.I propose also adding
Date,DateTimeandTimeintopermitted_classes.Related with #604
But I'm not security experts, I'm not sure this change is safe way for the Ruby language.
