Summary

  • accept Telegram chat IDs as required inputs in the PR, issue, and release reusable workflows
  • expose the bot token through the lowercase telegram-bot-token secret input
  • pass Baseline's chat ID from the TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID repository variable
  • update caller examples and regression coverage

Consumer callers pass lowercase workflow inputs while keeping repository variables and secrets uppercase:

telegram-bot-token: ${{ secrets.TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN }}
