This allows us to make use of pnpm's minimumReleaseAge and minimumReleaseAgeExclude options to better control our dependencies.
Just a rename. Knub v32.0.0-next.28 = Vety v1.0.0-rc1.
The old way of reading the last commit directly using Git was not working anymore with the Docker image.
