Doc links on home page aren't up to date

If I follow the "Trunk" links to "Tutorial", "Manual", etc, the versions I see aren't up-to-date with the latest incoming. I'm not sure how often the web page syncs with the git versions of the docs, but ideally it would build the latest versions of the docs from git.

Since master has become incoming, this is fixed.
