I think github said the file permissions changed here, any reason?

Oh no, that's a mistake. I think I just copied it in from that other repository to be sure nothing else in the file was different. That's probably why. I think I can fix that.

rustbook throws errors if the _book folder exists already. Common if you build twice in a row. Identical to https://github.com/steveklabnik/rustbook/issues/20

Oh no, that's a mistake. I think I just copied it in from that other repository to be sure nothing else in the file was different. That's probably why. I think I can fix that.
