Major changes are:

  • replace ~[ty_param] with Generics structure, which includes
    both OptVec and OptVec;
  • the use of syntax::opt_vec to avoid allocation for empty lists;

Major changes are:
  • replace ~[ty_param] with Generics structure, which includes
    
both OptVec and OptVec;
  • the use of syntax::opt_vec to avoid allocation for empty lists;
