What does this PR do?
The update to
dev-scriptsnuked the old.eslintrc.jsonand replaced it with aneslint.config.mjsthat wasn't strictly equivalent. This PR makes the new config equivalent to the old config. (Compare to #1501 )What issues does this PR fix or reference?
