DO NOT MERGE

This mobile Done feature stack is based independently on personal/v1-efficiency-base.

Why

Mobile thread rows can stay at Working and then fall straight back to Ready, so completed work is easy to miss.

What changed

  • show an emerald Done state only when a completed turn is newer than this phone's last real visit
  • clear Done when the thread is opened while the app is active
  • persist monotonic visit watermarks in the existing mobile SQLite database
  • share the timestamp comparison with the web sidebar without changing its behavior
  • keep historic threads quiet on first install and exclude interrupted turns

Verification

  • 171 focused tests across mobile state, persistence, list status, shared unread logic, and the existing web sidebar
  • focused lint on all changed TypeScript files
  • mobile, web, and client-runtime typechecks
  • mobile native static harness (optional SwiftLint, ktlint, and detekt are unavailable on this Windows host)
  • native emulator evidence is still pending because this host has no Android SDK, emulator, or development client

DO NOT MERGE
This mobile Done feature stack is based independently on personal/v1-efficiency-base.
Why
Mobile thread rows can stay at Working and then fall straight back to Ready, so completed work is easy to miss.
What changed
  • show an emerald Done state only when a completed turn is newer than this phone's last real visit
  • clear Done when the thread is opened while the app is active
  • persist monotonic visit watermarks in the existing mobile SQLite database
  • share the timestamp comparison with the web sidebar without changing its behavior
  • keep historic threads quiet on first install and exclude interrupted turns
Verification
  • 171 focused tests across mobile state, persistence, list status, shared unread logic, and the existing web sidebar
  • focused lint on all changed TypeScript files
  • mobile, web, and client-runtime typechecks
  • mobile native static harness (optional SwiftLint, ktlint, and detekt are unavailable on this Windows host)
  • native emulator evidence is still pending because this host has no Android SDK, emulator, or development client
Built with GPT-5.6-Sol in the T3 Code Codex harness.
