Add support for Require and ScriptPacks

@tpetricek@7sharp9 any thoughts on how to inject a value into a scripting session hosted by FCS? The goal is to support something like the Require<> syntax in scriptcs for C#.

Module injection? I do something similar in Xamarin Sketch.

What would the form of the function be you want? I cant even remember scriptcs stuff anymore
