Use an SVG for the gget overview diagram
6107a74
Philipp asked that we move the blog diagrams from raster to SVG so they can be themed for dark mode.
The HoloViews post switched over in #289, so this does the same for the gget post.
The webp is deleted rather than kept alongside, since the post was its only reference.

Philipp asked that we move the blog diagrams from raster to SVG so they can be themed for dark mode.
The HoloViews post switched over in #289, so this does the same for the gget post.
The webp is deleted rather than kept alongside, since the post was its only reference.
