Summary

Adds the gallery card and thumbnail for the new tutorials/color_and_palette notebook.

  • New thumbnail at docs/_static/gallery/color_and_palette.png (51 KB)
  • New grid-item-card block in docs/gallery.md under Tutorials

Add Colour and palettes card and refresh Visium thumbnail

Adds the gallery card for the new Colour and palettes tutorial in the
notebooks submodule (link resolves once the submodule pointer is
bumped). Refreshes the Visium thumbnail with the high-resolution
publication-style figure from the reworked notebook.

Bump notebooks submodule to include color_and_palette tutorial

Bumps docs/notebooks to scverse/spatialdata-plot-tutorials@3e14801
(squash-merge of #4). Resolves the Sphinx 'unknown document' warning
that fails the docs build because the gallery card links to
notebooks/tutorials/color_and_palette.

Normalise gallery card thumbnail height
511e973
Gallery cards previously inherited each thumbnail's native aspect
ratio, producing uneven card heights. Pin .sd-card-img-top to a
fixed 200px box with `object-fit: contain` on a white background so
images centre inside a uniform slot regardless of source dimensions.

Summary
Adds the gallery card and thumbnail for the new tutorials/color_and_palette notebook.
  • New thumbnail at docs/_static/gallery/color_and_palette.png (51 KB)
  • New grid-item-card block in docs/gallery.md under Tutorials

Add Colour and palettes card and refresh Visium thumbnail

Adds the gallery card for the new Colour and palettes tutorial in the
notebooks submodule (link resolves once the submodule pointer is
bumped). Refreshes the Visium thumbnail with the high-resolution
publication-style figure from the reworked notebook.

Bump notebooks submodule to include color_and_palette tutorial

Bumps docs/notebooks to scverse/spatialdata-plot-tutorials@3e14801
(squash-merge of #4). Resolves the Sphinx 'unknown document' warning
that fails the docs build because the gallery card links to
notebooks/tutorials/color_and_palette.

Normalise gallery card thumbnail height

Gallery cards previously inherited each thumbnail's native aspect
ratio, producing uneven card heights. Pin .sd-card-img-top to a
fixed 200px box with `object-fit: contain` on a white background so
images centre inside a uniform slot regardless of source dimensions.
