• read nodes-dump and parse into simple tree, save in index
• calculate LCA for every query sequence with matches and add to output
• flatten and cleanup tree; save heights
• add stuff to blastrecord/blastmatch (including changing implemented field)
• also parse taxnames so one can print the species/genus/... names
• analyze the few left over nodes without names 🤔
• update readme and wiki
