This changes the new class in #273 so that for list and optional properties the provided getter gives you the list, rather than unwrapping it. (In the list case, previously it took an index parameter.) In addition, there's new index(i) and get() helpers which index an ImmutableList and which unwrap a Maybe, respectively.

That is, where previously you wrote ASTPath.Script_Statements(0) to get the first statement of a script, now you write ASTPath.Script_Statements.then(ObjectPath.index(0)).

This higher granularity seems better - sometimes you do want to get the list itself rather than its values. The only reason I initially did it the other way was because the old BranchGetter class only allowed Node to Node mappings, so that pattern was stuck in my head when implementing this.

This is a breaking change, but I'm hopeful no one is actually using this new functionality yet so that we can get away with changing it.

(While I was at it I made ObjectPath into an interface rather than an abstract class, which it always should have been.)
