每个键盘都需要一个壳,用铝或者其他金属,比起塑胶更漂亮,那份额外的重量,会带来不一样的感觉。
采用三文治Sandwich Mount这种方式,是一个不错的选择。采用铝合金,你不用花太多的钱。这个结构大概是这样组成的:上面一块铝(Switch Layer 定位板),下面一块铝(老外把他称为Bottom Layer),把pcd基板夹在中间。这两块板都用标准的六角形支座连接,并且定位板上装有键轴和卫星轴。
你只需要提供cad文件给工厂就可以把你想要的东西加工出来,听起来很复杂,我们只要动动鼠标,改几个参数就OK了。下面我们来动动鼠标吧

switch type选择轴体
case type我们选择Sandwich 三文治
下面我焖来调整一下参数,美化我们的键盘外壳

Switch Type:      MX {_t: 3} #看你选择什么轴体了
Stabilizer Type:  Cherry + Costar {_s: 1} #卫星轴
Case Type:        Sandwich #外壳类型 
Mount Holes:      10 / 3.5 / 10 #打几个孔/孔的直径/边缘宽度
Edge Padding:     Yes, 10 / 10 / 10 / 10 #填充边缘 上下左右 距离 就是键到边的距离
Plate Corners:    Yes, 5 #定位板角位磨圆

之后你就可以生成cad文件了。
基本需要的是Switch LayerBottom Layer 文件。下载dxf格式的

上淘宝

准备好钱包 上淘宝找卖家,记得厚度需要调整一下
定位板是1.5mm
bottom 是3.0mm

再为你的板做些准备

如果你没选择特殊服务,你收到的铝板还需要加工一下。
去五金店买些铝抛光膏,然后回来把他搞得锃亮。

阳极氧化

生铝非常敏感。 您可能需要对铝板进行阳极化处理。 要么自己做,找到一家本地公司,要么叫帮你切板的人顺便搞定。

螺丝

要关闭三明治盒,您需要使用通用的M3螺钉和一组匹配的支架。
M3 螺丝, 8mm ( 20x )
M3 螺母, 15mm ( 10x )
