Why

Several supposedly fictional examples used automotive, China, launch, regulatory, vehicle-cost, and named-stakeholder details that could reasonably be mistaken for sanitized internal work. The surrounding agent instructions also over-relied on rigid formulas and performative framework naming.

What changed

  • replaces the internal-looking example family with one clearly invented research-library case
  • strengthens decision memos around hard gates, real alternatives, evidence provenance, sensitivity, and reversibility
  • treats RAID scores as ordinal ordering aids rather than precise expected-loss estimates
  • reframes risk triage around state change, time-to-action, and available leverage
  • expands stakeholder analysis beyond power/interest to impact, legitimacy, required consultation, and visible dissent
  • improves charters with decision rights, baselines, evidence milestones, outcome measures, and guardrails
  • distinguishes decision, exception, progress, and FYI executive briefs
  • aligns agent entry files around evidence quality, explicit uncertainty, and public-safety boundaries
  • rewrites the README around the toolkit’s authored methods rather than a generic inventory

Scope

Documentation and agent-instruction files only. No runtime Python, schemas, tests, workflows, package metadata, or repository settings are changed.
