I moved ./ into the configuration file. Now I can load the assets in symfony2 with the asset-builder.
Default directory-root isn't changed.

For changing the default-asset-base-url please change from

"assetBaseUrl": "./",

what you need

This is a new configuration property options.assetBaseUrl for change all base-asset-urls (js and css) for symfony2
