no such function: vec_version when launching litecli first and calling .load main.db #1

Description

@wjkoh

Thanks for building sqlite-utils! I have a quick question regarding working with the sqlite-vec extension. If I run sqlite-utils litecli with a database file, the sqlite-vec functions work as intended.

$ sqlite-utils litecli main.db
LiteCli: 1.15.0 (SQLite: 3.50.3)
GitHub: https://github.com/dbcli/litecli
main.db> select vec_version();
+---------------+
| vec_version() |
+---------------+
| v0.1.6        |
+---------------+
1 row in set
Time: 0.010s

However, if I launch litecli without a database file, and later .open it, the sqlite-vec functions are not available. I think I need to do something to load the extensions. Is there an automatic way of doing this?

$ sqlite-utils litecli
LiteCli: 1.15.0 (SQLite: 3.50.3)
GitHub: https://github.com/dbcli/litecli
(none)> .open main.db
You are now connected to database "main.db"
Time: 0.001s
main.db> select vec_version();
no such function: vec_version

I installed them as: sqlite-utils install sqlite-utils-sqlite-vec sqlite-utils-litecli
