fix(executor): fix dependency resolution, allow blocks with multiple inputs to execute

Description

• the dependency checker was incorrectly waiting for ALL incoming connections to be satisfied (including the non-selected API path), so we fixed it by checking if a source block is intentionally excluded from execution first, which automatically satisfies that dependency.

Ran the workflow pictured below and it worked, despite not having a value for one of the referenced blocks later in the execution.
