feat(calendly): extend tools with booking, availability, no-shows, and routing forms

Summary

• Adds 12 Calendly tools: get user, get event invitee, book meeting, list event type available times, list user busy times, list user availability schedules, create scheduling link, mark/unmark invitee no-show, list organization memberships, list routing forms, list routing form submissions
• Every request shape and output field is verified against Calendly's OpenAPI spec — the docs site is a JS-rendered SPA, so I pulled the underlying Stoplight nodes rather than guessing
• Fixes list_webhooks dropping the scope query param the API requires — every call with scope unset was returning 400
• Fixes list_event_types only ever sending active=true, which made inactive event types unlistable
• user / organization filters now accept a bare UUID or a full URI consistently across every operation
• json array params (eventGuests, events) are normalized whether they arrive as an array or a JSON string
• Optional filters and pagination fields moved to advanced mode; removed non-TSDoc section comments per CLAUDE.md

Notes

• POST /invitees requires a paid Calendly plan; free plans get a 403
• Booking omits questions_and_answers, location, and tracking — their schemas resolve to an empty __bundled__ map in the spec, so I left them out rather than guess
• Still unexposed (reported, not added): admin_managed and user_availability_schedule on event types, group on scheduled events and webhooks
