Not clear exactly what build() does. Seems to be necessary to reload data if sysdata.rda is changed. (load_all() doesn't seem to do it.)

Not sure why purrr::map(db_to_add, make_codebook_vignette) returns 1 NULL 2 NULL 3 NULL but the codebooks are created properly so I don't think it matters.

Is there a way to add to sysdata.rda?
