Any suggestion on how server implementations would implement this in practice? I absolutely agree with the sentiment, but am unsure about the pragmatics of this 🙁 |

Today. Soon (relatively, hopefully), some DID system(s) that do not rely on the DNS system will be viable alternative(s). Of course, this will require some expansion of WebID to permit non-HTTP/S URIs (an expansion which we at OpenLink currently talk about as "NetID"). |

Good point. DIDs are great there indeed; but then it is a (major) question of what resolvers we want to support. |
