feat(web): 公开贡献者计划与 60/25/15 赞助拆分

改了什么

把开源赞助从「20% 周边开源、其余维护」改成可执行的三桶，并加上双语贡献者计划页。已 rebase 到最新 main（首页真实案例 / 静态视觉刷新）。

• 已确认赞助净额：60% 核心维护、25% 贡献者基金、15% 周边开源
• 新页面：/contributors/ 与 /en/contributors/
• 定价页资金去向展示三桶，样式对齐当前浅色赞助区
• 页脚、README、llms.txt 同步

规则要点

• 贡献者基金按季发放，不足 ¥500 滚存
• 计入有效 merge 的修复、功能、测试和文档；typo / bot PR 不计
• 感谢金，不是雇佣或兼职；产品收入不进这个池
• 核心维护者不从 25% 领取

验证

• pnpm check
• pnpm --filter @weapp.dev/web build
• Playwright：定价页、贡献者页、页脚布局、关键页视觉（desktop + mobile）
