Scripts for generating CA (gen-ca.sh), server (gen-server.sh) and client certificates (gen-client.sh). We use large certificates and keys.
Assumptions:
- Running on OS X,
- Settings are in the shell scripts,
- gen-client.sh takes an argument, which is the name of the client.
